Mastika Koyici Otel

Breakfast was the only part we enjoyed. We booked over the phone with the owner and had everything arranged two months ahead, but when we arrived our rooms weren’t ready. They also said our terrace room wasn’t available and put us in a worse room, leaving us with no real choice. After the second day they asked us to move because they’d booked our room for another group. When we said no, they spoke to us very rudely and even offered to move our open bags while we were out, which was one of the silliest suggestions we’ve heard in a long time. The Wi-Fi, advertised as available when booking, didn’t work for our whole four-day stay. At check-in we had to carry our own bags up two floors because staff weren’t ready. The staff were okay, but I hated the experience and the owners. I wouldn’t go if I were you.
