The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the service was excellent. We came as a group of three and first booked seven days, then decided to extend our stay. The location is great, and they always went out of their way to help. It was the best hotel stay in Alacati, with delicious breakfast homemade by a lovely lady chef. Serkan, Beyazit, and the lady who owns the hotel were all lovely people. We’ll definitely come back when we return to Alacati, though we’ll miss the warm service and friendly staff when we’re back in the UK.

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and we had so much fun at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. Our time at the hotel and our stay in alaçati were amazing. I absolutely recommend it. The host and service were incredible, and the hotel had such great vibes that I’m feeling emotional and nostalgic writing this.

Serkan and Aisha were such friendly, helpful owners, and we’re very grateful to them. We’d booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a deluxe room with a lovely view. Joyce and Emmy on staff are so lovable, and the place feels like home. It’s in a great spot near the bazaar and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable here because the hospitality was so warm and family-like. The staff were friendly and offered help with everything. Each morning there was a wonderful traditional Turkish breakfast, and the rooms were nicely furnished. The outdoor area with the pool was lovely too. The location is great.

Breakfast was the thing that got me up at 9 after long days of swimming and late dinners. The hotel itself is humble and simple, but the crew really made it special. The owners run the place and greet you with a big smile as soon as you arrive. Joyce and Mary from housekeeping were happy to take care of whatever I asked for, always smiling. Big shout out to team Mavi Konak! 🤗🤗
