We’re having a lovely vacation here, with no problems so far. The room is spacious and very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s my first time at this hotel, and the service has been really good.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone on the team welcomed us warmly, was kind, and stayed available throughout our visit. They shared helpful tips and were happy to respond to everything we asked for. Big thanks to Omer, Muhammed, Baran, Cihan, Huseyin, Birhat, Sezgin, Suat, and the rest of the team. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had a terrible stay. The staff acted like they didn’t want to do their jobs, and the rooms were super dirty and weren’t cleaned every day. There wasn’t even a hairdryer in the room. If you don’t have a car, the location is a long way from the center. It’s overpriced, I wouldn’t recommend it, and I don’t get how it has good reviews.

The breakfast staff were nice, and breakfast itself was good. The pool was also good, but that wasn’t enough to make this a successful vacation, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. We had no working Wi-Fi in our room, and chlorine was poured straight into the pool around lunchtime without warning guests. The other staff were generally unfriendly. When we asked to switch hotels, they made promises and then didn’t keep them; our complaints and suggestions were ignored. We arrived very late, even though the hotel knew we’d be late, but our room had already been given to someone else. On the first day, we were already at reception asking to leave.
