Hussein did an outstanding job and helped make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There was also someone whose lack of hospitality and help really affected our impression. When my wife and I ordered food from outside the hotel, the lady started shouting at my wife that this wasn't how it worked. If that person alone had shaped our stay, we might have left on the first day, and our view of the hotel would have been much worse. We're grateful to Hussein for his excellent service.

The location is great and the staff are very kind, but the room we were given was tiny, with no wardrobe for two girls. We booked 10 nights and had something to deal with every day: power cuts, lighting problems, a broken shower, and a very bad ammonia-like smell from the bathroom. There were no curtains, and a hole in the bathroom let mosquitoes in all night. We had to ask for cleaning after three days because it hadn't been done. When I told the boss what was going on, he said it was normal, that I just had to wait, and that he couldn't do anything for us. It's a shame to be treated that way when the staff and location are so nice. I don't recommend it.

I didn't end up staying because the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was a problem since I'm asthmatic. The hotel refused to refund me, so I had to fight it out with booking and everything. The place wasn't clean either. There's clearly a hygiene problem, and I wouldn't recommend choosing this hotel if you don't want to ruin your trip to Alacati.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the service was great. It’s in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to Alaçatı market. Thank you, Tek han alacati.
