Zeytiny l Tiny Houses & Farm l Çeşme

We stayed with the kids, and they loved it. The owner was very, very friendly and helpful, and we're grateful for the hospitality. If you're after nature and peace, this place is ideal. It's between Alaçatı and çeşme, both easy to reach by transport.

The service and care were really poor. We couldn't shower because the water came out very slowly and wasn't hot, so we left for another hotel after contacting the landlord and being told they'd help the next day. Inside, the house was tiny and impractical, the toilet smelled bad, and the bidet didn't work. The location was terrible and remote, with very rough roads. I wouldn't waste my money here.

We planned to head straight to Alaçatı after breakfast, but the quiet morning and sea view toward Chios Island kept us there until the afternoon, with birds all around. The place was incredibly peaceful. We had a really enjoyable holiday and plan to come again. We'd driven from Istanbul on Thursday evening and reached Zeytiny around midnight. Mr. Koray had waited up, met us on the road, and guided us in. The property is close to the Ovacık highway exit, but the roads are rough because it's not a residential area, and Google Maps doesn't give the right route. Since we'd be arriving late and there weren't many nearby shops, he had also left us some water and snacks. Alaçatı center was only a 20-minute drive, which felt like a short trip for us from Istanbul. One part of the road was dark and unlit on our way back in the evening, but we had no problems.
