On our last day, we were given a €53 bill for orange juice we'd been served each morning. We assumed it was part of the all-inclusive package. There was a vague sign with €1/€3 on it, but nobody ever said the juice cost extra. When I questioned the bill, the manager got hostile and unprofessional, saying the chef would have his wages deducted if I didn't pay. I paid the chef directly out of respect for how he'd treated us all week, but I then had to use the money I'd set aside for my airport taxi. I ended up paying €50 to the chef, and the claim that we'd had 36 juices was outrageous. We were there from May 4th to May 7th and had two a day at most, at breakfast and dinner. Nobody said they'd be charged to our room. There was no Wi-Fi in our room for the whole stay, despite the hotel's claim that it was available. In the lobby, where they said it worked, the connection kept dropping and was barely useful for checking flight information or contacting home. Hot water was also unreliable, especially in the evenings. One night we had to use another room for hot water, and even there the water pipe burst. No explanation or compensation was offered. Other reviews said this had happened to them too, so it seems to be an ongoing issue. We initially enjoyed some parts of the all-inclusive stay, largely thanks to the kind, hardworking bar and kitchen staff. But the poor management, hidden charges, and problems with basic amenities overshadowed that. I found the management, especially the owner, dishonest and disrespectful, with almost no communication. A relaxing trip became stressful, with arguments and extra costs. After the owner's response, which had personal insults, false accusations, and laughable claims, I feel it confirms the attitude and lack of professionalism we experienced. We stayed polite and patient despite the missing hot water, running water, and reliable Wi-Fi. My wife was pregnant, and what should have been a special trip was frustrating and uncomfortable. This hotel is deceitful and poorly run. I wouldn't return or recommend it unless major changes are made to how paying guests are treated, which I doubt. Avoid it if you don't want cold showers, rude service, and to be gaslit in the reviews afterwards.

The welcome was warm, and I had a great stay. My room was lovely and clean, and the staff made sure I had what I needed. I'd definitely come back.

Our only real holiday annoyance was the rush to claim tables at lunch and dinner. People would sit down an hour early with their families and children to hold places. At first we found it strange, but the hotel was crowded and there weren't enough tables and chairs, so waiting seemed unavoidable. We mentioned it to the staff several times, but nothing changed. Tea also ran out quickly, which was a bit of a problem since we love it. We're still at the hotel, and if this issue is sorted out, we could choose it again with peace of mind. We'd been nervous after reading the negative reviews, but found the location, service, staff, and cleanliness of both the rooms and hotel very good. We didn't find the food lacking, though at this price and in the current economic climate, you shouldn't expect more. Despite the table problem, we feel it's generally worth what you pay for its location and cleanliness.

We went for this hotel at the last minute, and had a good week without any major discomforts. It's a decent budget choice, though if you're paying twice as much, you might want to look at other places. The good parts outweighed the bad for us, and I'd recommend it for a week away. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which mattered most to us, even though the room itself left a lot to be desired. Rooms and the hotel are generally old and need replacing: broken light fixtures, a faulty toilet button that was also a problem in other restrooms, and an old air conditioner that thankfully worked. Sometimes the shower had no hot water. We accepted these problems for the price. There was no internet in the rooms, which was a big disappointment because we planned to work remotely and had to use an unlimited e-SIM. Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby and by the pool, though, so that may suit other guests. The room wasn't properly cleaned even once during our 8 days. We asked for towels and toilet paper and left a tip, but the cleaner only swept and cleaned the shower drain, without changing sheets or towels. There's no elevator, and carrying luggage up and down a four-story building, or using the stairs several times a day, was a pain. The hotel's small, private grounds were a pleasure, with fruit and olive trees and spots to relax. The pool was big enough for everyone, but very cold in the mornings. I think it should be improved so guests don't have to wait until 10 a.m. to swim. We were surprised by how much variety there was in the food, and the dishes were tasty: cheeses, greens, appetizers, desserts, chicken, sometimes beef, sides, French fries and country-style fries like McDonald's, watermelon and plums. There was always plenty, with cooks bringing out more. I didn't drink alcohol, but my friend thought all the drinks were disgusting and watered down. The juices and cola were the same, and coffee from the machine was undrinkable. It's outside Side, in the suburbs, but we didn't mind. Evenings were fairly quiet, with only a couple of loud music sources from neighboring hotels. Two Migros restaurants, souvenir shops, the sea, and a lovely promenade were a 15-minute walk away. Minibuses to the city ran frequently from a nearby stop and cost 2 euros.
