The entertainment team made the holiday for us. Mazlum, Yalçin and Beste sought us out every day to chat, and we had some great laughs together. They couldn’t do many activities, maybe because it was so early in the season, and I think they need a bigger budget or more staff. We wanted more to do, but they were still the highlight of our stay. The hotel was very popular with Germans, and we were the only English people there for the full two weeks. We did talk to a few German guests, but not many. Me, my husband, our son and two friends got home yesterday after two weeks. The hotel was nice and very clean, with staff always going around cleaning and our room done daily. The food was okay for me personally. Some days I didn’t eat much because I didn’t like most of what was served, but I knew they weren’t catering just for me. Some bar staff were very friendly and some less so. Cocktails need work: ordering the same one repeatedly got us different versions, some disgusting and some lovely. The pool was absolutely freezing when we arrived and warmed a little towards the end. I only went in twice in two weeks. There’s an indoor heated pool, but I didn’t want to use it. All in all, it was a very good holiday.

The pool was cold, though we stayed just before the season started, so I guess it’ll be warmer once the season is in full swing. Cocktails were another letdown. You could order the same one ten times and get a different drink each time. Still, I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone after a great getaway. It was spotless, housekeeping did a really good job and the minibar in the room was filled every day. The all-inclusive food had lots of choice and was great. The entertainment team worked hard to keep the atmosphere lively, especially Mazlum, who couldn’t do enough for us and was truly amazing.

The food was superb in both presentation and taste, with a great variety, new dishes each day and some cook-to-order options always available. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the large hotel pool was attractive and enjoyable. We had a great one-week all-inclusive stay. The private beach was excellent too. All the loungers were shaded, and the sea was a two-minute walk from the pool. The refrigerator barely cooled, though. And don’t spend extra for a “beach side-view room,” you can only just see the water if you lean out.

The food was downright terrible, and there are bedbugs. The staff were extremely rude. Getting a sunbed by the pool felt like a fight for survival: people reserved them from 4 in the morning, despite the hotel rules saying that wasn’t allowed. Even after we brought it to the hotel’s attention, nothing was done.
