It met our expectations for the two nights we stayed. The hotel is clean, cared for, and has a lovely view. Keep in mind there aren’t shops or restaurants nearby, and it’s essentially a guesthouse without restaurant service. It sits up high, so getting around without a car will be difficult. One navigation warning: returning from Akkum, Google Maps may direct you onto a rocky route. You can instead enter “Marina Migros” and take the street opposite. Those location details aren’t the management’s fault.

The room was roomy, with good air conditioning and a decent bathroom. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, and two 500 ml water bottles. Breakfast on the balcony with things you’ve bought is a treat, and the staff were helpful. There are rooms overlooking the marina and bay, and the view is pretty good. We chose this place because it was cheaper than nearby options. Getting there means climbing a hill, and without a car that hill feels like a death trap. Bring food and drinks up to your room, or you’ll have to head back out to fetch them. There was hair on the bed and in the nightstand. The water was cut off for a while, and since reception is at the entrance, you can move down to the room where the staff are. Apart from those issues, the stay was good.

The view is lovely, and we found the place easily by car. Our room was quite clean, and the staff were attentive, so thank you for that. The water went off briefly one morning but came back right away. There was only drinking water in the room, and we had to ask for toilet paper. A little more attention to those basics would help. Otherwise, no issues and we were satisfied.

Set on the hill right across from Teos marina, the hotel is a one-minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. It’s quiet, airy, and close enough to the center to be convenient, while away from the noise. The hotel is quite new and the room amenities were excellent. There are no markets nearby, so shop for what you need before arriving. My only complaint was the mini-fridge: it adjusts the temperature but doesn’t really cool things, so drinks won’t get ice cold on a hot day.
