Starting the day with fresh coffee and the generous breakfast buffet was a real treat. Safir Hotel & City Center is right in the heart of Çorlu, with roomy rooms, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The staff speak several languages and are especially warm and courteous. Free secure parking and reliable WiFi made things easy, and the hotel felt like a calm place to unwind downtown.

I paid 100 euros even though Booking.com showed a price of 66 euros. They had promised to refund me after I changed my reservation, but the money never came back. The bathrooms were shabby and dirty too. This was the most miserable hotel I’ve ever visited. I don’t recommend it, it felt like misery and fraud.

The front office staff were very kind, and the location is nice, but the hotel needs a major renovation. I also see a 10 rating on Booking.com that I didn’t give, so I’ve asked Booking.com to remove it. The owners surely know the state Safir hotel is in. I won’t be going back.

The staff acted unprofessionally and inappropriately, and the room was extremely dirty and poorly kept. What you see in the online photos doesn’t reflect the actual condition of the hotel. It was a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We left straight away and found another hotel, but they wouldn’t refund our money. The place was awful, with dirt and mold everywhere, and the photos on Booking.com were fake. We complained to both the hotel and Booking.com and got no response. I do not recommend it.
