Corum Umay Otel

We were visiting corum for vacation from dubai, and this hotel was budget friendly. The staff were kind and friendly, and the facilities were useful enough. Its location in the city center made it easy to get to shopping malls, markets, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. We were happy with the experience and enjoyed our stay. Well recommended.

I was passing through Corum and rented a room for one night. It was a terrible stay. I’d asked for a room facing the street, but they refused, saying it was occupied. The bathroom was small and bad, and the TV was old.

We only meant to stay one day because we were forced to come here, and we didn’t stay a day longer. We left without breakfast and went to a gas station toilet, which was cleaner. Bedbugs had bitten us all over, and we ended up at the hospital in the morning. We slept in the clothes we’d arrived in and didn’t even bring our suitcases into the room. The rooms were dusty, dirty, and full of cigarette butts. The toilet was beyond awful, and I’m struggling to write this because it brings back my trauma. We also got stuck in the elevator: the attendant didn’t ride with us, then the lights went out, we went up and down, and couldn’t open the door. When we finally reached the room, our vision blurred and we saw a white light. I don’t know how anyone could write positive reviews unless they were threatened or were relatives, or had never seen a hotel before. For God’s sake, stay home, what’s your problem? We wish we’d slept in the car in the parking lot.

We booked four rooms for an engagement party and stayed just one night. The rooms were stuffy and unclean, the beds and sheets were dirty, and the sinks and bathrooms were filthy. There wasn’t any toilet paper or soap. Parking was a problem, the location wasn’t ideal, and the man at reception was irresponsible. This hotel is a disaster, and I absolutely don’t recommend it. Please be careful, I believe the five star reviews are paid.
