Rota Hotel Dalyan

We had a lovely three-night stay and I’d definitely come back. The pool catches the sun so well that we were swimming and sunbathing even this early in the season. Shops and the harbour are conveniently close. Our room was clean and practical, with a TV, fridge, safe and air conditioning, plus nice washing facilities. Breakfast was a standard buffet with a good range: cereal, tea and coffee, cold meats and cheeses, warm bread and sausages, and boiled eggs. Typical Turkish food.

The owner was genuinely kind and helpful, and the service was very good. We stayed three nights with a friend, and the location suited us well. Our room was clean, and although we love the sea, we used the pool too. We saw it being cleaned every day. Nothing about this lovely hotel disappointed us. Thanks for a nice holiday, all the best :)

The breakfast had a good choice, and the hotel is a short distance from the town centre, so it worked well for a brief stay. The rooms, though, need freshening up after years of neglect. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything at night.

We’ve returned to the rota Hotel four times and plan to keep choosing it whenever we’re in dalyan. It’s very close to the centre, and the staff are always willing to help. They’re friendly and welcoming, the buffet breakfast has lots of choice, and we’ve loved the clean rooms and lovely pool with comfortable loungers each time.
