We really enjoyed the place and are already considering another visit. The gardens had quiet spots to relax, hammocks, music, and a lovely setting among nature. The whole concept felt carefully planned, and the location worked well for us. Rooms were simple and tasteful, without TVs. Breakfast had good quality ingredients and enough choice without going overboard, and the staff were attentive. We also liked the lemon and mint water. The rooms could use air conditioning, and the water should be replenished each day. Sadly, the hotel burned down and was expected to be closed in 2019 and probably 2020. :(

A car is essential if you want to go swimming. You can walk to Old Datça, though you can see it all in one evening. Datça city center is five minutes away, and Palamutbükü takes around 30-35 minutes. Back at the hotel, the lush garden is a lovely place to spend the day. Rooms are clean, standard-sized, and furnished with new things. Breakfast is very high quality. This isn't a family-run place, and the staff can seem cool at first, but they're polite and will chat if you approach them.

Small rooms, though stylish, and there's plenty of space around the property, so I'm not sure why they're that size. It's a genuinely boutique spot away from the noise. The evening breeze through the garden while you swing in a hammock is something special. Breakfast is tasty and decent.

We first visited when it opened last year. It was such a calm place in Old Datça, and helped make our first experience of Datça really enjoyable.
