The hotel itself has a nice layout and the price is low, and the people were kind. But the room was really dirty, there was no hair conditioner, and the cleaning was poor. Breakfast was awful and dirty on the first day. The food improved the next morning, though the floor was still dirty. The bathroom drain was blocked, and the photo was taken after we moved the bed. The hotel has potential, but management may be in crisis. The cleaners couldn't speak Turkish, the local language, and spoke only Arabic.

The facilities are a big plus: there's a clean pool, plus a gym, sauna, and yoga room, all free to use. Breakfast was wonderful and included, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The service was perfect too. With all that, I think it should be a four-star hotel at least, not three.

The staff had a great attitude and were always smiling. Maybe because the season was ending, room service wasn't good. There was no water or anything else in the minibar. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

Great spot, though the amenities feel old and could use some renovation, I think.
