The four nights were awful. People talked and laughed loudly in the corridors at night. We woke up and warned them, but an hour later they were at it again. You couldn't sleep. Then the manager sent us a WhatsApp voice message telling us to vacate the room instead of laughing and flirting. Eavesdropping and everything! It’s hard to tell whether this is a hotel or a donkey’s stable. The room wasn’t cleaned, the towels were filthy, and there was hair on the pillows. We had to change towels three times. The showers kept going cold, with hardly any hot water. On the fifth day, we got up at 9 am to check out at 11 and wanted to shower first, but there was no hot water. We didn’t want to leave without washing. It came back later, so we showered and checked out at 12 pm. We don’t care about the people who don’t understand our situation, or about the suffering of those who caused us this inconvenience.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we waited almost two hours on the terrace while they cleaned it. They called it a “detailed cleaning,” which makes me wonder how they usually clean. There was no soap, shampoo, hairdryer, towel, or slippers in the room, and the toilet smell was so bad it got into our sleep. We’d made a reservation, but they didn’t even know we were coming. It took them 15 minutes to check it and look at receipts. The person handling it spoke vulgarly, the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke, and we were talked to as if we could be humiliated at any moment. At check-in we weren’t allowed into our room for two hours, yet they told us checkout was at 11 am. I’ve never heard of an 11 am checkout before. They said breakfast was included, but it was a disaster. I don’t even want to go into the details. We didn’t eat and went outside. Our check-in still wasn’t done, and there was nobody at reception when we left. They don’t care about you at all, and the price wasn’t justified. I definitely don’t recommend it. This is what being humiliated for your money feels like.

The location is right in the center, with cafes and the beach close by, and it’s an easy, comfortable place to stay with family or friends. Two of us spent a week here and were very pleased. İdo welcomed us and showed us to our room, and they took great care of everything. It’s a family-run hotel, and everyone was friendly, respectful, and tolerant. Breakfast was good, the rooms comfortable, and the restrooms and bathrooms clean.

The one good thing is how close it is to the pier. I’d only stay here if I just needed somewhere to sleep. The rooms and bathroom aren’t clean, there’s no soap, shampoo, or towels, and breakfast is so sparse you’ll leave hungry.

They were kind enough to meet us at the pier and take us to the square, and the place was otherwise good and clean. But the hot water ran out early in the evening and didn’t return until the afternoon. There was no shampoo or shower gel, so bring your own, and there wasn’t a hairdryer either, just so you know.
