Mr. Salim gives each guest personal attention, and everyone was so welcoming that we felt at home. Our room was very clean, too. The family-friendly apartment building is close to the sea. If we return to Avşa Island, this will be our first choice. I’d recommend it to first-time visitors.

We’ve stayed here for years, and it’s always spotlessly clean. The owner is around and ready to help, and Salim Bey feels like family to us now. It’s a decent, homey place on a lovely, quiet street near the sea, away from the crowds on other streets. It has a real family atmosphere.

I spent my childhood at Gülüm Apart, coming back during school holidays to stay for the whole summer, and it’s still open. It’s a family-run place, so I feel comfortable choosing it. The center and sea are very close, and it feels safe and comfortable for families with children. If anything goes wrong, Mr. Salim takes it seriously and sorts it out. Thanks for everything, we’re already looking forward to seeing you again 🫶🏼
