Begonville Hotel

Emre and his friend at the pool bar were very friendly, and they deserve a mention. Elsewhere, service was often unfriendly. The rooms were clean and average, but the common areas and pool area were exceptionally dirty, with unpleasant smells around the restaurant and nearby. The food was boring and tasteless, and there isn't an elevator. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Great hotel, though the food selection was limited and might not suit everyone. They had entertainment staff this year, but I found them loud, unhelpful, and pretty annoying. Just my opinion.

The room was lovely and spacious, the pool area was good, and the food was decent enough. Lucas and Eve from the entertainment team were especially friendly, with fantastic music and entertainment, and the bar staff were great too. A big thanks as well to the night receptionist, who helped us when we needed it on our last night. The hotel was great value and in a brilliant location. Jay Jay also pointed us toward a Turkish Bath and massage deal at the hotel. The two women gave us such a relaxing, thorough treatment, and honestly I don't think I've found a better deal anywhere. If you've never tried a Turkish Bath, it's something to experience once. The all-inclusive drinks do have limits on which drinks are included, though I'm not sure if that's true at all Turkish hotels.

I spent five nights here on my own, and it was the best holiday I've had. My top-floor room had a great view. There was morning yoga and activities through the day, and I met lots of friendly people I still keep in touch with. Eve 🐬, Lucas, and the rest of the entertainment staff were great hosts. They even looked after us when we all went out at night. I'd recommend the hotel and would go back tomorrow.
