The location and the owner’s marketing are the only good things I can say about this place. The upkeep is appalling: paint is peeling, the rooms smell strange, and everything seems to be falling apart. The photos look like they may have been taken when it was first built. Staying in a tent would be better. I don’t understand the 5-star reviews, and I think they’re misleading people.
Hi everyone, I took my kids to Kaan motel for our first holiday together, and it was really comfortable and enjoyable. It felt like being at our family summer house. Ayşe Ablam is genuinely warm and understanding. I definitely recommend it.
I’ve been staying at Kaan Motel for a while, and it’s one of the most elegant hotels in Avşa. It’s a lovely boutique place, and I had a quiet, peaceful holiday away from the noise in the center. Ayşe abla helped us with whatever we needed. Four girlfriends stayed there and felt safe. I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s peaceful in Avşan, with the sea and markets nearby, yet far from the crowds. The hospitality was lovely, and whenever we needed something, it was taken care of right away.
