Anemon Grand Denizli Otel

The hotel itself is pretty good apart from the rooms. The bathroom AC runs nonstop and is really loud, and the bathroom is quite dark, with only frosted glass. The TV is very old too, though it does support HDMI.

I was put up here overnight after my Turkish Airline flight was cancelled, and it was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. It is nowhere near a five-star hotel. The AC didn't work. When I called reception at 12:30 am, they said nobody could come fix it and then abruptly hung up. There was no proper bathroom door, just one sliding door shared by the toilet and shower. In a four-bed room there was only one electrical socket, and the staff's limited English made communication very difficult. I'd avoid this place if you have another option.

The room was clean and the food was OK, but I won't come back. This is far from five stars. There was no airport shuttle, and the AC didn't work. Smoke came from the hairdryer while I was using it, and they never fixed it afterward. I asked them to get me a taxi to the airport that would take a credit card, but the driver arrived without a card machine.

The breakfast was some of the worst, most basic food I've had, and they don't offer baby cribs, which seems odd for a place labeled five-star. The AC barely worked. In one of our rooms, both the AC and bathroom fan were really noisy. This should have a lower star rating.
