Angel's Park Hotel

The room was clean, and the hotel was good overall. If you want housekeeping, remember to put the cleaning sign on the door before you leave. Breakfast was disappointing, with very few choices even though it was included in our booking. The water was also shut off twice, which was especially inconvenient when showering or washing.

The blankets were snow-white, and I got a fast reply on Watsup, both top marks. My room was crazy hot because neither the AC nor the ventilation worked, so that's a star off. Breakfast, WiFi, slippers, shower gels, tea and coffee, and a hair dryer were available, but none of those mattered as much to me as the AC and bed sheets.

I’d give the activities a 6/10. There’s no pool or garden to spend time in, just the nicely decorated lobby, which gets boring. The location gets 9/10: it’s near the city center, but the highway roads make it impossible to get there without a taxi. The rooms are 9/10, spacious and with a nice balcony, though it’s so crowded outside that you can’t use it. Cleanliness is also 9/10, with very clean housekeeping staff and hotel details. Hospitality gets 9/10. Reception was helpful, especially on my last day: they helped with my bags, let me extend check-out by an hour, and offered tea and water for free. The breakfast shift girl was very professional and kept serving tea when she saw I was nearly finished, and asked every half hour if I needed anything. But on the last day, one man was so unprofessional. I called many times with no response, and he served my tea in the same cup. Service gets 8/10 overall. Food gets 9/10. It was very good, delicious, and well prepared. Breakfast, though, was very ordinary and the same every day. Unfortunately, on the last day, the second day of Sacrifice Feast, the food wasn't fresh, the fruit had gone sour, and some other items weren't fresh either. Overall, 9/10. For a normal city like Denizli, I think it's a very good, comfortable hotel. I recommend it. They're good in general, and I’m sure they’ll take my feedback as advice to improve. The only downsides were the poor breakfast and the lack of nearby restaurants or groceries. It was otherwise a cozy, quiet hotel, with very large rooms on the fourth floor. The reception girls were friendly and helpful, and the staff helped us with valet and concierge needs even though the hotel doesn't provide those services. I loved that Turkish tea was free all the time.
