The reception staff were really rude, and there were no towels, soap, or anything like that. The pools apparently weren't being cleaned and were full of dirt. They said the rooms were being cleaned, but after we waited half an hour, ours still wasn't clean. The rooms were awful.

It's a complete disaster. The room toilets are disgusting, and there are no bed sheets, napkins, liquid soap, or towels unless you go ask reception for them. Definitely don't go. You'd be better off sleeping in your car with two blankets.

Our first visit to Aegean Thermal Hotel was such a lovely day. The place was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the service felt warm and attentive. Thanks to Ayşe Hanım and her husband. Definitely worth going!
