The location is fantastic, away from city crowds and smoke, and the restaurant staff were friendly. The food was above average too. Still, we planned three days but the high price and poor service made us cut it short. The man at the door could be more welcoming and smile more. Room service was poor: when I asked reception for a water heater, they said they didn't offer one and told me to go to the restaurant, without even offering a paid option. The baby chair was broken.

This place is inside a national park, with a great atmosphere, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The lodge was a decent size and had heating. Get there before dark, since it turns foggy later. My one complaint is the advertised ATV. When asked, they say it's broken, and apparently tell everyone the same thing. When pressed, they admit there are legal issues, which I understand, but they should take it out of the ad.

We had a family reunion with more than 30 people and were really happy with the facility for a mountain stay. The staff were professional and showed lovely Turkish hospitality. Thanks for the great turkish coffee, we'll be back.

The villas have lovely views, the cottages were clean, and the restaurant staff were helpful. It's a beautiful spot with cool air and a relaxing feel, and the staff overall were helpful too. We come every year, but this time there were so many stray dogs. They were a nuisance at night and scared our children during the day, so the boys couldn't play or run around comfortably. As Muslims, we dislike dogs and see them as sloppy. They took away some of the fun, and I hope the administration deals with this seriously and moves them away. The restaurant also needs more variety, especially at breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, the resort is great.
