The bed was filthy, with hair, lots of dirty marks on the sheets, and some kind of white stuff on the blanket. Bugs were all over too. It seemed like they hadn’t even tried to clean after the previous guests. Honestly, I couldn’t wait to leave. We’d booked breakfast because we had so little time for our holiday, but that evening we were told it wasn’t served there, and in the morning we got a different answer. We paid extra for it and still had to go find food at a market the night before. They brought us coffee as an apology, but that didn’t give our money or time back. I was unhappy with the stay, and would never come back.

The villa’s location made it easy to get to Erciyes or into Kayseri, and for the price it offered excellent value, with plenty of room and useful facilities. We had three rooms, so there was space for everyone, and the kitchen worked well for everyday cooking. I only wished it had a microwave. The broken BBQ lid made the BBQ area hard to use. Some upkeep is needed: one window was cracked and the balcony window wouldn’t shut all the way. These issues didn’t spoil the whole stay, but fixing them would improve the property. It’s a good choice if space, location, and value matter most. Guests who are particular about maintenance may want to adjust their expectations.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Loud music was still coming from the one-day rental units at 11 p.m., even though the area around the building is otherwise peaceful. It was easily my worst stay in Kayseri. They need to deal with the noise and show more respect for guests and neighbors.

Really cozy and new place, with an amazing balcony and gardens. It’s also close to kayak merkezi.
