Prime Inn City

Prime Inn City has a cozy feel and is a great place to stay in the city center. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and made me feel at home. I’d happily recommend it.

We spent a week here this summer with my family and elderly parents, in a family room and a smaller one. Both rooms were spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed. The views were lovely, and the city center location was excellent. The front desk team and cleaners were lovely, and everyone made us feel welcome and helped us out. The hotel is quiet and tucked away, so it worked well for privacy and relaxing, even though it’s so well placed. There’s a supermarket across the road, a great Shish kebab place around the corner, and an excellent bakery run by a little old man for days you don’t want to cook. I’d book again if I return to Kayseri, and recommend it to families, couples, and people traveling for work or medical care.

We ended up here for three nights because of snow on the way toward Sivas. The staff were friendly and interested, and went out of their way to find somewhere safe for our two bicycles. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed away from home, including a washing machine, stove, pots, pans, and plates. We really enjoyed staying here.

We stayed 18 nights, and it was generally comfortable and fine. We had some trouble getting the cleaning staff to come by for the room, fresh towels, and toilet paper, though maybe that was our fault too. The evenings were pretty cold at the end of October because the heaters only ran for about 15 minutes a day. Apart from that, things were just fine.
