Elegance Residence

There are a couple of markets on a side street, about a two-minute walk from the tram stop, and five or six places to eat across from it. I stayed for around five nights and six days. The apartment looked like the pictures, had no hot water issues like some other places, and came with a TV and kitchenette where you can cook your own meals. The person at the entrance was very helpful.

I was new to Kayseri and came to visit my friend Adem. Mr. Ali at the lobby was very kind and helpful, and gave me information about the city. Many thanks to him.

We were in town for a hospital visit last week and stayed a few days. We arrived a bit unsure, but the staff and especially the cleanliness left us very pleased. You could tell the building was clean from the pleasant smell at the entrance. It’s also well located near both the hospital and tram stop. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for about two months with my colleagues. The rooms were clean, airy, and spacious, and it had a perfect family atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home. Seyir Evleri Elegance is in a very nice spot in Kayseri, with excellent transport and service. I recommend it to everyone.
