The location worked well, with shops and bus stops nearby, and the view was perfect. The amenities worked pretty well too. Still, it was a strange stay: our upper-floor apartment had a very low ceiling, and the bathroom smelled bad. I’d say it’s suitable for a short visit.

We came for a funeral and found no cleanliness or security. We didn’t even have a key to our room. The place was filthy, with an old shower cabin from the 2000s and no shampoo or shower gel. I’m ashamed I booked it for my family. They have several branches, but this one is all lies. They’re liars who claim we gave them information. Anyone who likes this place must never have experienced order or care in their life.

The shower doors have come off, and the veneer is peeling as time goes by. It needs maintenance, even though the cleanliness is good.

I work in hotel accommodation in another city, and I stayed here with my family from January 26-28, 2024. The 1+1 apartment worked for two adults and one child. It’s a bit small, but had what we needed. For four people, I’d choose a 2+1 instead. Everything was clean, including the toilet and bathroom, and there was always heating and hot water. The staff were helpful throughout, from booking to checkout, and available whenever we needed them. The location is right in the city center, so it’s easy to get to many places quickly. For a family stay, security, hygiene, cleanliness, and peace of mind matter most, and we had those here. The price was satisfying too, good value for what we got. If we come to Kayseri again, this will be my choice. Anyone can stay here with peace of mind. Thanks again, and I wish the business continued success and prosperity. ♥️
