The kids’ area is enormous, with playrooms, games and playgrounds, and there are animators keeping an eye on them. One night, a child in our group had a stomachache, and the staff quickly arranged a car to take her to hospital and bring her back. The reception team were welcoming and helpful, especially Naz from the guests relations area, and they all spoke English. I also enjoyed the professional massage and time in the sauna and Hamam. The beach was clean, the water clear, and our room was comfortable and tidy, though there was so much to do outside that we spent little time in it. There were plenty of food and drink choices, and I thought the hotel bars were great. I left feeling relaxed, and would happily recommend the place.

We stayed in April and had beautiful views of both the pools and the sea from our room. The resort was very clean, and everyone on staff was friendly. It’s especially convenient for families: there’s an indoor soft play area, plus rooms where little ones can rest even after checkout. Honestly, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I’d recommend it.

The biggest letdown of our family holiday was paying for ultra all inclusive and getting what felt like full board. The management cancelled our alacarte restaurant reservations, and we didn’t get what we paid for. I wouldn’t recommend coming here with children, and I wouldn’t return. Meal times left long gaps with no food: breakfast ended at 10am, lunch started at 12pm, dinner was at 19pm, and the restaurant closed at 21.30pm. There was nothing to eat after 16pm until dinner, or after dinner. Ice cream for the kids was only served from 13pm to 16pm. Our expectations weren’t met at all, and this was my most disappointing holiday experience.

The children’s play rooms were only OK, with no one supervising the kids inside. Two young women sat outside and didn’t speak English. A boy in our group was injured there, and I was shocked that anyone could walk in and take a child out. I took my own child and three or four others from our company, and nobody asked me anything. The animation wasn’t advertised clearly, so we didn’t take part. There were two good nights of international music and dance shows, but the rest were boring live Turkish music performances that drove many guests elsewhere. The beach bar was fine, though the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink selection was very limited and didn’t include expensive options. The staff were the main problem. About 99% spoke only Turkish, and the manager was rude and unhelpful when we had an issue. Our group was refused a chance to sit together for a meal because, we were told, we’d take up too much space and too many tables. The a la cart restaurant also split our group of 35 across two different nights, so we couldn’t all be there together. Our room was tiny and dirty. There was writing on the dirty glass from someone who said they’d been there in 2024, even though I saw it at the end of 2025. A condom wrapper from previous guests was beside the bedside table. I watched a cleaner use one dirty cloth on the sink, half the bathroom and the room. The floor was covered in sand and hair, and the sheets weren’t changed, only the towels. Noise was moderate, but the nearby mosque made it hard to sleep at 5:30 in the morning. Food wasn’t tasty and seemed to be reused from earlier meals or days. The bread was dry, everything was greasy and heavy, and healthy choices were scarce apart from some meat and fish on the restaurant’s outside terrace. The food was repetitive, too. I have a lactose allergy, but there was only regular milk, no coconut or almond milk for coffee. Food wasn’t labelled, so I had to guess what was in it. Ice cream was only available from 13:00 to 16:00, which is hard to explain to a child. The place felt old, greasy and dirty. The spa was dated and dirty, though the massages were great and cost extra. This hotel isn’t five-star. I also found out they make local people boost the rating with rave reviews online. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Our room wasn’t ready clean when we checked in. There was sand and hair on the floor, and the tiny bathroom badly needs renovation. The kids’ play area was poorly looked after, with very few toys and some broken ones. With my young daughter, the meal schedule was especially frustrating. Even though we’d booked “ultra all inclusive,” there was no food at all between 16:00 and 19:00, not even fruit. The food was repetitive, and ice cream was only served from 13:00 to 16:00, right during nap time. I had to explain to my three-year-old that ice cream had “working hours.” She cried, but they still refused us. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. There are much better options in Didim for the same price.
