For 15 Turkish liras, the lentil soup came with a little salad, ezme salad, mint yoghurt, and even a warm mini pide topped with cheddar cheese. You can’t beat that price, especially compared with the pricier restaurants near the beach. Their prices are low, and the staff were exceptionally professional and very polite.
The prices are pretty average, maybe even low, and the staff are attentive, kind and friendly. It’s a good spot in Didim for tasty, normal home-style food, especially the European-style soups I’m so fond of. You can come 3-4 times a week and find something different each time. It’s not a fast-food place or a restaurant for special occasions, just somewhere you can eat well. I recommend it.
Our family has been coming here every summer for more than 6 years, so we’ve found it reliable. The service can be slow when it’s busy, but that’s to be expected when the place is absolutely packed at rush hour. I think it’s the best restaurant in Didim/Altinkum. Prices are good, the lahmacun is the best in town, and the pide, different kebabs, liver, cop sis and other dishes are incredibly tasty and seasoned just right.
The service was excellent and our food came out very quickly. We ordered a mixed platter for two, and it was a generous portion. The ezogelin soup and the bread with it were delicious.
