A roomy place for big families, very close to the sea, and with two large pools.

The complex is neglected.

It's a secure, private development of twin villas with two swimming pools. The best thing is how close it is to Imbat beach and the sea. There's a small shop inside the Imbat site, but no full-size supermarket nearby, which can be a drawback. Still, the area is quiet and uncrowded, and there aren't enough people living there to support bigger businesses.

We had a great time, but there's no market or kiosk within 3.5 kilometers. I wouldn't recommend the site's kiosk by the entrance. Its prices rival those of basements! The uncle and aunt running it are so indifferent, you won't get anywhere. The people there are always there for you, but it doesn't seem like you agree.
