The complex and the lovely sea are about the only good parts. The villa itself was in awful shape when we arrived, and we were so disappointed. We were three families and couldn't change our plans, so we had to stay. Despite being advertised as having four rooms, it had only three, and there was just one bathroom. The doors wouldn’t shut, the fridge didn’t cool, and the air conditioning and lights were broken. Cockroaches were inside, and several hazards around the house worried us because of the children. We were also told things that weren’t true, including that the pool was open, though it had apparently been closed for a long time. The owner’s information and photos are misleading, and Google Maps seems to be the only place previous guests can leave comments. Honestly, there’s a long list of problems. It’s called a villa, but it’s falling apart.

The sofa in the living room had a broken leg, with bricks shoved underneath instead of a repair. We saw so many cockroaches each day we couldn’t keep count, and there had been no pest control. The whole place felt neglected and was falling apart. We came from Ankara and found out on arrival that the pool was closed and the furniture was incredibly old, despite what we’d been told. With the holiday so close and no other options, we had to stay. The price and quality were nowhere near a match. It felt like the owner had a “once a visitor, never again” attitude and didn’t care about the house.

The location is lovely, but the inside is in such poor condition that people come to see the house and walk away. It even sat empty over the holiday.

The site is alright, nothing more than moderately good.
