Hotel Fiesta Beach Didim

Having the sea close by mattered to us, and my baby and I loved swimming in its crystal-clear water. The hotel is inside a secure complex, which was a big plus, and our room was clean. The staff's warmth impressed us even more. I'd recommend staying here.

The Fiesta Beach family made our holiday a lovely one, and my friends and I are very grateful. The hotel sits in a peaceful, beautiful spot close to the sea. The beach was lovely, and the water was the clearest and cleanest I've ever seen. You could still see underwater as you went farther out. Can abi, the owner, was especially helpful, and all the staff were attentive and friendly.

We left straight away without eating the breakfast. It was a joke, and made me feel sick. Even the tables looked smeared, as if they'd supposedly been wiped. Our holiday was ruined. We asked for a room with a shower cabin because the rooms didn't have proper shower enclosures. Instead, they put the toilet inside the shower cabin. The showerhead didn't work, the taps were caked with limescale, and the place was old, neglected and dirty. The towels were awful, and there was hair everywhere. It made me nauseous. It felt like a couple of men had simply decided to run a place like this. There's no professionalism or qualifications to be found here. I can't understand anyone leaving a positive review, or how the authorities license such a business. They put people's health at risk and then charge 3,500 TL. If inspections were happening, this wouldn't be going on. Unbelievable!

The beach was lovely, and the staff were very polite and gentlemanly. But cleanliness fell short: I saw blood stains on the sheets, blankets and towels. I only tried breakfast on the first day and couldn't eat it. There wasn't much choice, and it seemed unhygienic. For instance, they left out spoons for serving chocolate, when they could have given everyone small individual portions.
