We loved the fresh fried fish at the beach, and the buffet salads were delicious. Having an A La Carte menu night included in our stay felt special for the family. The staff in the Spa and their treatments were amazing. Cuba, the photographer, was friendly and professional, and Manager Monica was warm and clearly cared about the hotel and its service. There were beautiful seating spots all across the grounds, and the gardens and plants were among the best I've seen at a hotel. The beach was perfect, and the kids loved the water slides. The Bar Manager at the Elegance bar was wonderful with our children, making them fresh fruit drinks. One thing I'd wish for is more guests learning at least “please” and “thank you” in Turkish, as we did. It made the hard-working staff very happy.

The location is spot on, right beside the sea and about a 1k walk into town. The atmosphere was great, and everyone, from housekeeping to the bar and entertainment teams, made me and my kids feel welcome. Our family room was perfect, and the views were worth every penny. The rooms were cleaned so well, and the team made the boys' beds extra special with the blankets every time we came back. They loved that. The bar staff always seemed to have our drinks ready before we asked, which is the sort of extra attention you look for. The entertainment was fun, from darts to water polo. Bariş got everyone involved, kept it competitive but enjoyable, and helped create a little community among the guests.

The room was cramped, and the TV couldn't connect to the internet. I reported it to reception, but it still wasn't fixed by the time we left. Those were the two drawbacks in an otherwise very enjoyable stay. The Laur Experience & Elegance Hotel has impressive, luxurious surroundings and high standards. The food was a real plus, always fresh, delicious, and nicely presented.

We had a fantastic stay. We could walk everywhere from this unbeatable location, and our room was modern, spotless, and comfortable. The food was amazing. Dilek makes the best fish sandwich, and Mami makes great cocktails. The entertainment was wonderful too. We can't recommend the place enough, and we'll definitely be back!

The staff were so kind and welcoming, and everything felt comfortable and well organized. The hotel was beautiful and really clean. No need to go to Bali anymore 🤪, this place deserves its 5 stars.
