We had such a lovely time, with fun slides, a beautiful sea, and parties and activities we enjoyed. The food was good, though it’d help to always have something plain like pasta or rice at the buffet. Some children only eat that, and it can be tricky when it isn’t available. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is surrounded by nature with a really nice feel. The entertainment team were great, and the cleaning staff were excellent, hardworking, and very kind. One small thing, the shower pressure can get low when lots of people are using the water at once.

The beach sunbeds were my main concern. Quite a few were broken, and many guests put towels on beds then didn’t return for most of the day. We managed to get two at 09.00 one morning and used them all day, but there were lots of reserved ones sitting empty. I wish the hotel managed this more actively, since the current setup encourages inconsiderate behaviour. Our garden room was spacious and pleasant, with a big patio opening onto the gardens, a lovely spot for a drink before dinner. It was cleaned daily, though there was sometimes a sewage smell from the bathroom drains. We bought bleach and got rid of it. The room was fine, acceptable for a 4 star hotel in Turkiye, even if it could have been better. There was plenty of food all day, a good selection of Turkish dishes and generally good quality. Most waiters and bar staff were friendly and helpful, though a few bar staff were rude and unhelpful. We tipped in the box because the good service deserved it, and it seemed to improve things even more. We had a lovely stay and are very likely to visit again.

The dinner fish seemed old and defrosted, and in the afternoon the water was cut off. Several people complained, but we were brushed off again. The room where desserts and dairy products were kept had no cooling or air conditioning and was very hot. I spoke to the head manager, but nothing was done and we were dismissed. Honestly, it’s worth paying a little extra for a better hotel in the area.

The food was repetitive and disappointing, mostly undercooked chicken and bland fish day after day, with too many flies. The animation team were unprofessional, apart from Zayn and Nisa, who were genuinely kind and respectful. Most sunbeds were broken, and unless you got up very early there weren’t any empty spots. The room blankets were stained and felt unhygienic. The hotel was overbooked, the pool was dirty, parking was insufficient, and rooms smelled of sewage. As a woman, I never felt comfortable alone here, and I can’t recommend it to women travelling solo, with family, or with female friends. On my first 15 minutes, a short brunette staff member named "Ali" scolded me at the alcohol buffet in front of other guests and slammed the ice bucket lid in front of me. When I later asked for another drink, he snapped, “didn’t I just give you one?” It was rude and humiliating, so I avoided the bar for the rest of my stay. This is supposed to be an “ultra all-inclusive” hotel, but I wouldn’t give it even 2 stars. That same night I asked a young male staff member how to get to my room. It was dark and I was alone, and instead of helping he spoke rudely and in an intimidating way. Walking down that path with him made me anxious and unsafe. Staff scolding guests just for ordering a drink is unacceptable. I’ll never return and strongly advise others, especially women, to avoid it. I wish I’d checked tripadvisor first :)
