IC Hotels Green Palace

There was so much for the kids to do, from the pools and water slides to the beach access and activities, which made it easier for us to relax. The grounds at IC Green Palace are beautiful, well kept, and spacious enough that the resort never felt crowded. Staff were friendly and worked hard, and the pool service was a nice extra. Meals offered plenty of choice each day, even for fussy eaters. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the place had a luxurious all-inclusive feel without being stuffy. We had a fantastic family stay and would gladly come back.

We’re staying here with a family group of 17, and the experience has been very disappointing. We paid a lot and expected better rooms and service. The rooms feel very dated and need renovation. Our air conditioning hasn’t worked properly, we found bed bugs, and the hairdryer broke. It was fixed only after we complained. There was also a serious leak from the ceiling in the corridor by the gym, on the way to our room. With our two young children, aged 4 and 6, walking through the wet area and trying not to slip felt unsafe. That problem, too, was dealt with only after we complained. Service has been poor as well. A lot of staff seem rude or unhelpful, and it feels as if you have to complain to get anything sorted. When I called reception about a late checkout, I was told straight away it wasn’t possible. Later, guests next door got a complimentary late checkout, so I felt misled and treated unfairly. It seems guests are expected to put up with low standards unless they speak up. I’ve stayed at several hotels in Antalya over the years and never had this many problems or such poor service. For what we paid, the standard has been far below what we expected. Sadly, I can’t recommend the hotel and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

The people across the resort made us feel cared for, and the service was first-class. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with lovely surroundings that made the stay feel peaceful. At the spa, Iin Therapy gave us wonderful treatments, including a gentle, thoughtful massage for our two-year-old daughter. We really appreciated the care and patience. The Mixology Cocktail Bar was another highlight: Murat welcomed us warmly and made excellent cocktails each evening. Thanks also to Burhen, the manager, and Berk, the supervisor, for their professionalism and hospitality. We had a luxurious, family-friendly holiday at IC Green Place Resort and can’t wait to return.

It’s a decent budget resort, but I wouldn’t call it a real five-star hotel and wouldn’t return. The Kids Club is overhyped and doesn’t guarantee supervision, as they tell you at check-in. My children, aged 11, 9, and 5, were allowed to leave on their own at 9 pm and then come back. Service varies, the food is fine but the dining area gets very crowded, and there’s no ATM on site. The spa guy is pushy, and some of the masseuses seem clearly unqualified. Haircuts at the salon are good, but manicures and pedicures are awful. Guest services has some good staff, though others are rude.
