Akcay Boutique Hotel

On our drive from Izmir, we stopped in Canakkale and had a lovely time in this cozy little town. The hotel is modest and the staff are friendly. Breakfast 🥞 was fresh, and our standard double room with breakfast cost 1,300 lira. I'd recommend it.

The buffet breakfast wasn't especially filling, but it was good value for the price. We left happy and would recommend the place ☺️ The atmosphere felt warm, and our clean, spacious room had a lovely balcony where we sat at night, even though the weather was cool. It's centrally located. We also got to talk with the owner, who was very helpful. Thank you 😊

The central location worked well, the internet gave me no trouble, and the air conditioners worked. The rooms were clean, but there were no towels after a shower, no bath mat, bath towel, or hand towel. The rooms are small, and the bed in my first one was practically nonexistent. When I said I was uncomfortable, they moved me to another room. Breakfast was standard, with cheese, olives, bagels, boiled eggs and similar items, probably because it was the end of the season. It's a clean place, and the beach and local market are within walking distance. The market is open Monday through Tuesday. My only complaint is that there's no mini-fridge in the room. Otherwise, I'd stay here without worry. Greetings and thanks to Mr. Halil and the lady at reception. If I come back to Dikili, I'd choose this hotel again.
