The staff were friendly and courteous in both the restaurant and at reception. The hotel is quiet, which makes it a strong choice for business trips, and the rooms, though on the small side, are fine. As a newly opened hotel, it all feels clean and fresh. Food and soft drink prices are reasonable for a hotel. The breakfast spread is quite basic, with no special items. The restaurant serves only Turkish food, and the menu is very short. Over several nights, that could get repetitive, especially if you can't get out of Gebkim. Management should add at least a few international options.

I had a very good stay. The room was clean, housekeeping was good, and the restaurant was excellent. The staff were also very helpful.

The 900 TL charge for two beers, at 2025 prices, was exorbitant. Neither the atmosphere nor the service made that cost feel justified, and the hotel's beverage pricing should be reconsidered. Apart from that, I was very pleased with our one-day stay during a business trip to Gebkim. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, greeted us with a warm smile and treated us with real kindness and attention. The room was spacious, comfortable, modern, and spotless, with carefully considered details, lovely linens, and a pristine bathroom. It made the work trip feel like a vacation. Breakfast was another highlight: a generous buffet with cheeses, hot dishes, fresh bread, and desserts. The staff's welcoming approach made us feel special from the moment we arrived.

My wife and I joined the maritime shipyard's iftar dinner last night, and had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and spacious, while the food, especially the pastries, was fantastic. Staff were helpful and focused on finding solutions, and both the service and presentation were good. I'm grateful to the staff member who brought me glass cups when I asked instead of the regular ones.
