The bed was comfortable and the room clean, with a good view. There is a yard for parking, and a mosque nearby, so expect an early wake-up and some sounds during the day. People below my window were also making noise. The air conditioner didn't work, so there was no heat, though it wasn't very cold and I managed to sleep anyway. No bed bugs. The toilet smelled like pesticide, and there was no breakfast. At 2000 tl for a room with no working air conditioning and no breakfast, I don't think it was good value. The hotel isn't bad, but better management and care could improve it.

Watch out for bedbugs! The staff were nice, but our stay was unpleasant. There were bedbugs throughout the hotel, a strong cigarette smell everywhere, and wedding halls all around it. If they fix the hygiene and smell problems, it could be a decent budget hotel.

The rooms had a breathtaking view and modern conveniences like air conditioning, a TV, and a small kitchen. The hotel is conveniently placed near historical sights such as the 10 Eye Bridge, City Walls, and the busy bazaar. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and what we got for the price exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, a satisfying way to start the day. Mr. Muhyeddin, the owner, was warm and friendly. Highly recommend!
