Really clean, the staff are so friendly, and the location is perfect. I’d definitely recommend this hotel 👍

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, which was about the only good part of our one-night stay. The hotel is in one of Diyarbakır’s best locations, so the service was a real letdown. Breakfast was meant to be available from 7:00 to 10:00, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived. They started preparing it then, and what they offered was limited, both in variety and amount, and didn’t seem planned. The rest of the staff showed little interest or responsibility when it came to guest satisfaction. We didn’t feel we got value for what we paid, and left disappointed.

Everything was close by on foot, since the hotel is right in the center of Diyarbakır. Our room was lovely and clean for our one-night stay. We also left some personal things behind, and the hotel staff arranged to send them to us by courier. Thanks for taking care of that.

I was only in town for the day, but the breakfast made an impression. Mr. Melik greeted us with a smile, and the food was tasty and nicely presented. I’d say it’s worth coming for breakfast alone. The hotel is in a good spot too. Thanks, Mr. Melik, for being so welcoming and making such a good breakfast.

We’d been unsure after reading the reviews, but a friend recommended the place and we’re glad we went anyway. The location made it easy to visit all the historical sites on foot, so there was no need for a car. Our room was clean, breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and understanding. Thank you!
