Quars Garden Hotel

We had a wonderful stay while taking part in our Erasmus project. Everyone, from reception to the cleaning and kitchen teams, was polite and helpful. Our group was lively, but there were surprisingly few complaints. Being close to the city center and shops with affordable prices made the stay even better. Thanks for making us feel so welcome and comfortable.

The staff made our stay especially enjoyable. Merve at reception was lovely, kind, and helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Manager Cuma went out of his way to meet our needs, including driving us to a particular shop we wanted to visit. We really appreciated that. The hotel is terrific value, and we can recommend it without reservation. We hope to return next year. Our short stay was a pleasure: the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast plentiful and tasty, and there was secure parking right in front. The hotel sits on a fairly quiet side street in the center, making it easy to explore on foot. Duzce is a vibrant, colorful, unpretentious modern city with a great atmosphere, a refreshing change from the tourist hotspots. Thank you so much. Chris and Mzia (UK).

The hotel is modern, and the man at the counter was friendly, but the room wasn’t clean. Blood on the mattress made me feel sick, the bathroom was flooded when I arrived, and some things left by previous guests were still there. It’s a shame, because the place has a lot of potential.

I’m very happy with my stay at your hotel. The food was amazing, everyone on the staff was friendly and kind, and the people were so polite. The place was clean and beautiful.
