Hotel My Dream

The room was standard and adequate, but felt run down and could use a revamp. The bathroom was okay, though it could be better, and the shower was good. We had a view over the Prime Hotel. The lifts were a big help on the fifth floor, and we never waited long. At the pool there was plenty of space, music, and lively dancing from the barman and his cousins, who were brilliant with guests, very polite, and always willing to help. The reception guy took our luggage upstairs when we arrived and made us feel special. We spent seven days in Marmaris and had a wonderful holiday. Breakfast and dinner were both very poor, and I think they need to change the food. At dinner, water was the only drink, which wasn't acceptable. The breakfast staff, though, were brilliant and polite. I would stay again, but those meals need work. We loved the hotel, and the 1/5 rating shown is wrong. We'd give it 4/5.

I was travelling alone and felt very safe here. It’s quite old-fashioned, which I actually loved, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and couldn't have done more to help. The shower was one of the best I've had in Marmaris, and I've stayed in many hotels there. It was big and hit hard, just the way I like it. Would definitely come back.

Omer was especially helpful, giving us tips about the area since it was our first visit and answering all our questions. Whenever we needed something, reception responded quickly and sent it up to the room. The place was clean and well kept, and all the staff were warm and friendly. I had a great stay.

The location was great, close to everything, and the poolside had a fun atmosphere with the young bar staff dancing away. We came as a family and had what we needed. Service was good, and the staff were friendly and sympathetic. I'd recommend staying here without hesitation.
