The owner was just wonderful. We had the four person apartment, which had loads of space, a clean kitchen, and lovely views from the balcony. There's a nice garden where we had an afternoon BBQ. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre, or just 1-2 minutes by car. I've stayed in several hotels in the centre during my many trips to Eceabat, but I liked this pansiyon even more. We were here for the Anzac Day celebrations, and if I return, I'll book nowhere else.

We spent one night at Bahçeli Konak with my wife and children, after coming to Çanakkale to leave our soldiers and visit the Martyrs' Memorials. The warm welcome there brought back how, as a child, we would give guests our best rooms, beds, and food, with real warmth and sincerity, as best we could. Mr. Özkan, the manager, paid careful attention to every detail, and we loved the natural products his parents made with so much care. The natural garden and its peaceful feel were lovely, and at such an affordable price. We especially recommend the natural olive oil and handmade citrus jam. In Istanbul, the price of your stay here would cover breakfast. We can think of this as our home in Çanakkale now, and hope to see you again soon. Thank you for everything.
