Anka Suit Rezidans

The prices are very, very good for the service, and you get a suite with the comfort of a 5-star hotel. It’s in a quiet area beside the city hospital. From the main entrance all the way to the room door, everything is spotless and smells fresh. You’re greeted with a smile, and staff respond to requests right away. I recommend it.

The apartment was lovely, with plenty of space, a cozy feel, good Wi-Fi, parking, and basic services nearby. I’ve taken off a star because the kitchen had no sponge, soap, or trash bag, and the bathroom was missing toilet paper and soap. They’ll bring these things if you call and ask, but having to do that was inconvenient and disappointing. At this price, with an apartment this luxurious, I’d expect basic supplies to be there, especially for a daily rental.

What really makes this a convenient and safe option for families is the helpful, friendly people, from Mustafa, the owner, and Ömer, the business manager, to the security guards. The apartments are comfortable and well made, with thought given to even the small needs. Trams and buses leave from right in front of the suite, and A101 and Bim supermarkets are just below the building. I highly recommend it for a family stay.

We came from Sivas because our baby was ill, and stayed for about 15 days. We received excellent care and attention, especially from Mr. Ömer. Thank you very much. Having security at night was also a big help.
