Herakles Thermal Hotel

The food was consistently underwhelming. A few freshly made items each day, like Menemen, fried sausage, grilled tomatoes, and fries, were decently edible along with the salads and accompaniments. The rest, including the bread, was stale or very poor quality. There are local stores outside where you can get freshly prepared local food. The hotel isn't well maintained, despite claiming to be a 4-star property, which I found misleading. My room linen was stained, and there were cobwebs in my brother's room. The laundry was overpriced. There was no designated smoking area, so people smoked everywhere. If you're a non-smoker, there's no way to escape the cigarette smell. The location is good, but I can't consider this a 4-star hotel.

The buffet dining area stood out, with dishes that were top quality. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were quick, very friendly, and top-notch at listing and describing the hotel's amenities, from the sauna and spa to the gym and pool. Perhaps one of the best hotels in the Pamukkale area. Highly recommended!

We booked a thermal spa, Turkish bath, massage, and mud face mask, and were looked after from the moment we entered until we left. The massage girls were lovely. For us as a couple having our first Hamman, it was a perfect location with perfect hosts. The young lady who booked us in and later collected us for our waiting car was very professional and caring. We'd definitely recommend this place.

We've stayed here whenever we've visited Pamukkale for over a decade. There's plenty of parking, and the open buffet breakfast and dinner are nice, with different food each day and live performances some nights. There's also a tea and lunch hour with snacks. Every room has a bathtub and its own spring water faucet. We did notice that the spring water in newer rooms, 400-500, is lukewarm, while the older rooms have the right temperature.
