We didn’t feel safe in the hotel and even pushed furniture in front of the door to feel more secure. The room was on the fourth floor, there was no elevator, and the refrigerator was already full, so we couldn’t use it. The room wasn’t clean either. We were driving from Berlin to Antalya, missed the last ferry in Eceabat, and had to stop for the night without planning to. Hotels there seem geared toward that kind of situation, with noticeably high prices, especially for travelers with foreign license plates. This hotel didn’t meet our expectations or justify its price. It was a very expensive and unpleasant stopover. Quite frankly, I can only advise against staying here.

Lütfü abi gave us a room at a very reasonable price when we arrived with our large family during the holiday. Other hotels were full, so we’d come by chance. We had checked several places, including some very dirty hotels asking 750-800 TL. It’s a newly renovated hotel, and the owner is reasonable, friendly, and does his best to help. It’s a selfless business with no profit motive. Rather than pay a fortune for one day in a luxury hotel, you can stay here with your family at a fair price and feel at ease. Thank you, Lütfü abi. The rooms were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. The hotel is terrible, with only the owner working there. He’s trying to run a 40-room hotel alone, and of course can’t manage it. Communication is terrible too. We left without breakfast after hearing remarks like, “I’ll have it ready soon, when the other guests have left,” which told us what to expect. Definitely a must-visit.

The hotel has its shortcomings, but your own home is the one place that’s perfect. Still, I wholeheartedly recommend this one. The owner is kind and thoughtful, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood with sea views, just a 5-minute walk from the city center.
