Adresin Hotel

The restaurant was the worst part of our stay. We were two families, nine people in total, and were told the food would all be freshly made. It clearly wasn’t. Only two dishes out of everything we ordered were finished; the rest were dry, burnt and nearly inedible. We also paid a premium price for a very standard room. The air conditioning seemed poorly maintained and made us sick, as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. At arrival, reception wasn’t warm or welcoming, and several staff saw us struggling to unload luggage without offering help. It felt like the hotel assumes travelers won’t return and complaints don’t matter. The service and quality were nowhere near acceptable for what we paid. I absolutely would not recommend it. The high-end price came with substandard, almost insulting service.

The receptionist originally from Kosovo gave us a warm welcome and spoke Serbian, which made the stay even nicer. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. It’s in a quiet part of Edirne with easy access to everything; the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and it was great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Best hotel in the world! The employees were lovely, especially Murad, Elif and Salhi, along with the blonde girl with blue eyes whose name I’ve forgotten. Free parking and a free breakfast with eggs, coffee and bread.

We really enjoyed our stay in Edirne. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was tasty with a surprisingly wide selection, something for everyone. A comfortable, friendly place that I’d definitely recommend.
