We were very happy with every part of our first trip to Belek. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and everywhere in and around the hotel was spotless. Staff worked hard, were polite and helped quickly. The huge main restaurant had something for everyone, with excellent food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The comfortable lobby bar had several sports screens with the sound off, so it wasn't too intrusive. In the evenings the big pool bar had a fun atmosphere, with live music and sometimes karaoke. We came as part of a golf package, which seemed to be how about 90% of guests were there. Early season, good golfing weather and no school holidays made it a great time to visit. The hotel is handy for Belek's many excellent courses, with Pasha, Sultan and National just a two or three minute shuttle ride away. My only downside wasn't the hotel's fault: around the pool and pool bar, there were quite a few tattooed, beer-bellied men in their 50s and 60s determined to act like 'Brits Abroad'. I'd thought golfers were more refined!

There was always something lovely to choose from, and we had a wonderful food experience. As a golfer, I also really appreciated the hotel's location.

The cleaning in my room was extremely poor. The sheets and towels weren't changed, the floor wasn't vacuumed, and the room wasn't properly cleaned. I raised it with reception on day one, contacted Guest Relations on day two, then followed up myself on day three. Nothing was done, although I was told the complaint had been escalated to the Guest Relations Manager. On my last day I spoke with the manager in person. She said there was nothing she could do because I was checking out that day. A very disappointing stay, with no customer service or follow-up.
