Yalcin greeted me and was super friendly, then helped me out when I was checking out in the morning. Everything was really clean, from the room and bathroom to the rest of the place. I had a very pleasant stay and would come back if I’m in the area.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly, especially Mustafa, a young man who’s ready to help with whatever you need. I’ll definitely book the same place next time I’m here.

For the price, it’s a nice place, and all the staff were kind. Something went wrong late at night, but they tried to fix it then and there. I was really touched by their effort.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived. During our three-night stay, the sheets weren’t changed and the trash wasn’t collected. There was just one small paper towel in the bathroom. When we asked for help, they gave us two towels and one sheet to deal with it ourselves, which was really disappointing. Several bulbs didn’t work either, so the room felt poorly lit and uninviting. The shower didn’t drain properly and caused a lot of inconvenience. The staff were unhelpful and rude, especially the woman at the front desk. They seemed more focused on acting authoritative than assisting guests. None of the reception staff spoke adequate English, and the woman in particular couldn’t understand anything. My windshield was damaged while my car was in their “secure parking with CCTV.” I’d told them beforehand that I needed secure parking. I asked for the footage, which they had promised to send on WhatsApp, but they ignored my attempts to contact them and never responded with it. They only replied publicly through this review. My car has extra security systems, and I can prove the damage happened in their supposedly safe parking. They also demanded ID from a visitor to my room. I believe this violated GDPR and privacy laws, since the visitor was a random person and ID wasn’t required by law. They should learn more about these laws or ask a lawyer. After their reply with false accusations, I maintain the right to take appropriate action against the business. Update/reply: You’re lying. I stayed at your “hotel” for three nights, so there’s no excuse for not cleaning the room. Your failure to provide the footage and the way you handled my concerns say a lot about the quality of your “4 star hotel.”
