Questa Thermal & SPA Hotel Eskişehir Hotel

The rooms were lovely, spacious, airy, and had high ceilings. Ours looked out onto a beautiful mountain view. The receptionists were professional, helpful with everything, and excellent with guests. We enjoyed the thermal facilities. The Wellness Spa wet areas were quite clean, and the staff were attentive. The thermal options are somewhat limited, though, since the pool is on the small side. I’d recommend this hotel.

The spa was a real highlight. Even though I only know a little Turkish, the receptionist showed me around and explained how things worked. The thermal water felt incredibly calming and restorative, and the pool and the rest of the hotel are accessible for people with disabilities. I booked at the last minute after a late wedding nearby and needed somewhere to recover. The room was clean, modern, and lovely, with very comfortable beds and two pillow options. It was quiet, and the staff were helpful without hovering. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Turkiye: a good range of choices, and the chef wasn’t shy with the flavor. Iram was welcoming and helpful too.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the food tasted delicious. I had a little trouble with the oil cooked food, though the fresh fruit at the restaurant was nice. Getting around on foot to nearby places was fairly easy, apart from finding other places to eat. The air circulation system mostly worked, but I was more comfortable with the windows open. Screens on the windows would help keep the air from blowing in so strongly. 😬

The staff were particularly kind and helpful, and the hotel itself was comfortable. I had a very nice stay at Questa Thermal & Spa Hotel in Eskişehir. It seems like a good option for a visit to the city, and I’d recommend it.
