The beds were clean, and Mr. Yavuz was attentive, which is why we gave it some stars. The rest felt like a typical student apartment furnished with lots of borrowed pieces. The building is old and has had some renovations, but the kitchen was greasy and the general cleanliness wasn't great. Curtains and other things were coming loose from their hinges, and there's no air conditioning. It's somewhere you can stay if you keep your expectations low.
