For the price, we were very satisfied. It’s in a peaceful spot close to the center, and the owners were hospitable and ready to help. The rooms were neat and clean, with the basic things we needed. Breakfast was fresh and thoughtfully made; the homemade jams were especially tasty. A lovely guesthouse for a quiet stay.

The location is so close to the beach that it feels almost beachfront, and the price makes it a great option for a budget holiday. Our room had the things we needed, like a TV and refrigerator, though it wasn’t luxurious. We spent more time in the beautiful garden anyway, where we could use the free barbecue facilities. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach came with the room. Ms. Nur and Mr. Volkan were sincerely helpful with everything. This was our second stay, and we’re already planning next year’s dates.

We liked the beautiful sea, though at first there are rocks underfoot and you need to go a little farther before it becomes sandy. It was the coldest sea in the Aegean for us, and the beach was very quiet in the evening. There’s not much entertainment or sightseeing nearby in town. We went to the town square in the evening, about 12 km away. The beach is a one-minute walk and the stay includes two sun loungers and an umbrella. There’s also a useful garden with barbecue facilities, particularly handy for families with children. The place was clean. Since we arrived near the end of the season, they asked us to pay in cash, which disappointed me.

The only drawback I noticed was that it would have been better if the balcony screens were fully closed. Otherwise, the place met my expectations. There’s a balcony, and nearby supermarkets are very convenient, with the sea right behind the guesthouse. We were driving to Çanakkale and spotted the sign while looking for somewhere to stay one night, so we called. They were helpful, and the welcome was very good. I read the reviews afterward, but thought it made more sense to judge it for myself. The family-run place has a colorful, pleasant layout. Our room had air conditioning, a TV, hot water, a fridge, and kitchenware. The staff were attentive and friendly. The kitchen fire alarm works, as we found out while cooking.
