Florya Butik Hotel

The restaurant served great food, and the staff went out of their way to help us. We enjoyed the large, spotless rooms, a very comfortable bed, and gorgeous views in such a quiet setting. We also walked up the road and took a side road down to a creek for a swim. Of all the places we stayed during our trip through Turkey, this was the most relaxing. Highly recommend it.

This family-run hotel is a pleasure to stay at, and meeting Hakan &Arzu was wonderful. We had the most beautiful holiday of our lives as a family, and I'm already looking forward to returning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the facilities were amazing. The huge pool has an incredible view. Breakfast uses high-quality ingredients, the restaurant keeps its menu simple and good, and the mezes are made fresh each day.

The rooms are clean and modern, and the views are lovely. This is a beautiful, quiet place with nothing nearby, so it feels far removed from everyday bustle. The staff were pleasant, but that only goes so far when guests need proper care. My wife and I have a baby, and moving rooms with a tired child in the evening was difficult. I haven't had the peaceful stay I expected, and I hope the hotel learns from this and improves. We had to change rooms twice. The first room's air conditioning didn't work, and the next one had a unit that buzzed every minute, making sleep difficult. I moved again today, and the air conditioning in this third room has the same problem. It seems the units haven't been serviced. The pool area also lost its calm because cheap pop music, sometimes with explicit lyrics, was played loudly from a big speaker. That cost half a star. I took off another half for the breakfast, which felt lacking for the price: there was no juice at all, not even fresh orange juice, and no fresh fruit. I would have expected those and probably kaymak too. Normally I'd give this place five stars for its location and peaceful setting, but these problems affected the stay.

The infinity pool was amazing, and the food was excellent. This family-run hotel has a warm, welcoming feel throughout, with a friendly, attentive team who made me comfortable. Set in the mountains with incredible views and surrounded by nature, it was a lovely place to escape the rush of daily life. Can't wait to return.
